Dr. Choi Byung-seok

Dr. Byoungseok Choi currently serves as the Director of External Relations at Culture Masters, where he leads the organization’s global cultural diplomacy and strategic partnership development. He plays a pivotal role in connecting local governments, international organizations, and corporate sectors for major initiatives such as the UNESCO Intangible Heritage Festival (IP-WIN) and the Arirang Masters Program.As an expert in AI public policy, Dr. Choi also directs the AI Policy Research Institute, contributing to the integration of emerging technologies with cultural innovation and public value creation in the digital age. He is also the publisher of Korea Citizen Times and serves as Chair of the Membership Committee of the Sejongro Policy Forum, a civic platform dedicated to social innovation and public dialogue.In addition to his work at Culture Masters, Dr. Choi was recently appointed as Chair of the Organizational Planning Committee at the Korea New Senior Association (KNSA), where he supports sustainable engagement strategies for Korea’s “new senior” generation (ages 45 to 74). Dr. Choi believes that “culture, technology, and intergenerational solidarity are the core values for building a sustainable future,” and he remains committed to strengthening Culture Masters’ role as a global bridge between living heritage and creative economy through international cooperation.
