Dr. Park Seongyong is the founder and President of Culture Masters, an international cultural enterprise dedicated to the preservation and promotion of global cultural heritage. He also serves as the publisher of Arirang Culture Connect, an online platform that fosters international cultural exchange.Dr. Park has played a leading role in policy development at UNESCO Category 2 Centers and has successfully spearheaded numerous international cultural cooperation projects. He earned his Ph.D. in Heritage Studies from the University of Queensland and has conducted research and lectured on cultural heritage and international cultural collaboration in both Australia and South Korea.Additionally, Dr. Park is the author of the monograph On Intangible Heritage Safeguarding Governance: An Asia-Pacific Context, published by Cambridge Scholars Publishing. He has also led initiatives such as the establishment of the Silk Road Cultural Heritage Network, demonstrating his commitment to advancing global cultural heritage preservation.
