Evfrat B. Imambek (Mambekov Evfrat Bagdadovich) currently serves as a professor at the Department of Composition and Theory of Music and Department of Arts Management at the Kazakh National Conservatoire named after Kurmangazy as well as at the Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts. He is also a member and observer for the National Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Intangible Cultural Heritage of the National Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan for UNESCO and ISESCO; UNESCO observer on art education in Central Asia; and board member and co-founder of the International Foundation for the Tengri’s Studies, Yakutsk, Russia Federation. He also holds other distinguished positions and appointments. In addition to having varying degrees of fluency in several languages, she also holds a master’s degree in public administration from the International Institute for Public Administration under the Prime-Minister of the French Republic as well as a PhD in the theory and history of global culture from Saint-Petersburg State Academy of Culture in Russia.
