Naj currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Culture Masters, where he oversees and leads all technology-related operations supporting the organization’s community-based heritage platforms, including initiatives such as Arirang Culture Connect, Culture Masters, Arirang Master Award, World Intangible Heritage Network (WIN), Living Heritage Communities, Community-Based Urban Culture, CM School, and ICHMasters. As a full-stack developer specializing in PHP Laravel, Node.js, React.js, React Native, and Vue.js, he plays a central role in managing and optimizing the company’s digital infrastructure. Over the past two years, he has been responsible for maintaining content, enhancing website functionality, improving platform performance, streamlining workflows, and ensuring a seamless user experience. His expertise in modern web technologies enables him to design and implement innovative solutions that align with the vision and global cultural mission of Culture Masters.
